MEET THE TEAM
Steve Horne
Chief Executive Officer
Steve has driven the success of four hyper-growth companies. As founder of Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, he partnered with top U.S. financial institutions to tackle the Mortgage Crisis, earning multiple Inc. 500 appearances and other awards.
At Sherman Financial Group, he led business lines that made it the largest distressed consumer asset buyer globally. He also founded MSV, a key outsourcing partner for Freddie Mac, and managed default servicing at Ocwen. At Fannie Mae, he restructured the National Servicing Organization. Steve is a partner at HMB Law Group, admitted to the bar in MD, VA, and D.C., with a JD from George Washington University and degrees from Emory University.
Jesse Randall
Executive Vice President of Client Operations
With over a decade of experience in property preservation and default mortgage solutions, Jesse Randall is a powerhouse in the industry, bringing unmatched expertise to Black Dome Services.
Jesse has held executive leadership positions across mortgage servicers, national preservation firms, Fortune 500 companies, and his own privately held preservation business. His hands-on experience at every servicing level throughout the life cycle of a default mortgage gives him a unique perspective on streamlining operations, enhancing compliance, and driving efficiency for our clients.
