The following minimum requirements and qualifications outlined below must be met:

PRESERVATION VENDORS:

Must have a miminum of one year preservation experience.
Experience and ability to complete Lockouts/Scheduled Rekeys/Evictions.
Have a clear understanding of HUD guidelines and Conveyance requirements.
Experience and equipped to complete Winterizations – Both Wet and Dry Heat.
Equipped to call from site.
Ability to complete work and pull necessary permits based on municipality requirements.
General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Minimum and $2,000,000 Aggregate
Errors and Omissions Insurance $1,000,000 Minimum
Workers Compensation based on state law
Aspen Grove Background Check – Must be current.
A copy of any license your company holds that could have an impact on scopes sent to you (General Contracting, Home Repair, etc.)

GENERAL CONTRACTING / RENOVATION VENDORS:

The project scope includes, but is not limited to the following:

Inspecting REO / SFR Properties to determine any deficiencies that require repairs and/or capital improvements.
Proving a detailed list of deficiencies on both the interior and exterior of the property.
Determining if the deficiency can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced.
Proving a scope of work to repair or replace deficiencies that include the unit price for materials and labor expense.
Performing the repairs and/or capital improvements to building code and industry standards.

General Contractors must meet ALL the following minimum requirements for consideration of this request:
A mimium of 3 years general contracting experience in performing repairs and capital improvements on residential properties.
Valid license(s) (as required by federal, state or local laws) for each state covered and must be in the name of the company, owner of the company or a W-2 employee.
General Liability Insurance ($2,000,000 minimum)
Workers Compensation Insurance ($500,000 minimum)
Financially stable and able to carry repair costs for 30 days before reimbursement.
